Home Trends: Beautiful Homes in Review!

Today we are looking back on some beautiful homes we saw this past year and some of our favorite home trends. It’s is the first day back to school for the kids where we live, which means, we are all going back to reality! Hopefully houses will get cleaned and projects that were put on hold will get done!

Featured Facebook Fans: Maureen’s Special Tradition

Recently on Facebook, we shared this fun, and very festive, tender project and heard so many positive comments from all of you! If you aren’t following Remodelaholic on Facebook, you should be! Just to see great ideas from members just like yourself! Maureen told us about this special tablecloth,

“Just wanted to share my Christmas tradition. My family and guests sign my tablecloth at Christmas dinner. I then stitch over the ir signatures. We have been doing this since 1997. It is my favorite Christmas tradition. The kids are grown but I love looking at their signatures from when they were little.”

Others shared that they have a similar tradition with markers or paint. We love the idea! What a wonderful way to celebrate special holidays in your life, by remember ones before! Thank you so much for sharing this idea with all of us Maureen!
