Best spot for Summer, Chair Swing: Guest

Two sisters at Peppertowne have created a new life for an old chair.

Currently, I’m in love with all things outdoors…
patios, outdoor rooms, gardens, fresh air and summer.
So today, I’m displaying a tree swing built by my Man.

We found this poor sad little throw-away chair,
$8 at the local thrift shop.

The uphostery was clean and and in good condition so we kept it.
And I really like the retro pattern.
We painted, drilled and sawed.

Now, it’s the perfect little hideaway in our secret garden.

I thought that this was cool.  I can’t wait to have a nice big tree to do this in.
What do you think about the swing?

  1. >Never would have thought of that. Great work ladies. Looks like the kids have a blast with their new swing!

  2. >OHHH what a FABULOUS IDEA!!! I LOVE it love love it! Our last house had a HUGE front porch and we had a lovely porch swing. When we moved we left it for the new owners since we didn't have a porch like that here. I still miss it!
